Please read and fill out both the enroll form and the emergency form. These forms are required with payment before the first class begins. Click to see the forms: See classes for schedule, class fees and monthly packages. Classroom Expectations: Missed Lessons and No-Shows
For missed lessons, with a minumum 24-hour notice by phone, fees are prorated towards the next lesson. Cancellations within 24 hours of the lesson and no-shows are not-refundable. Classes paid in advanced for a month must be attended consecutively. For example, if paid one month in advance, the classes must be attended within the one intended month. For individual/private lessons, cancellations must be scheduled in advance and at the time of payment. Bundles of private lessons, which are paid in advance, must be attended consecutively, unless notified about scheduled absences at time of payment. Location for all classes:
